Hello my name is Jo and I have had cared for rabbits and hamsters for over 40 years now. My passion started for small animals when I first got my pet rabbit called Humphrey. From then on I have had a succession of small furries each one so special and well and truly loved. This is a photo from our wedding with our eldest bunny Jesse who is now 10 and a half years old. From then on it has been a passion of mine to one day open up a rabbit sanctuary but ended up running a hotel named Binky’s. I live with my husband Doug, 6 rabbits, 2 guinea pigs and multiple fish, and this is where we have both constructed this cosy hotel for people to leave their pet friends in a safe environment while they are away. Why Binky’s ? Not a lot of people are aware that when a rabbit runs around and does a jump in the air this is called a binky and it symbolises that the rabbit is happy and my two do it all the time. And so Binky’s Boarding was born. At Binky’s I am passionate about the welfare of the animals and aim to give them the best stay possible hoping they will come back time and time again.Binkys Boarding
